Waterneer Natural Mist Evaporators (AMBEVA)
Principle of Operation
Where the quantity of wastewater is huge and difficult to treat, atmospheric forced natural mist evaporators is the ideal choice. Various models from 5000 Liters per Hour and above capacities are standard.
AMBEVA evaporator consists of Feed Pump, Evaporator Tank with Electrical or Diesel Heater, Circulation Pump, Blower/Fan, Mixing tube, Mist Eliminator and Humid air Outlet. The wastewater from the wastewater tank is pumped by the feed Pump to the evaporator tank. Electric or Diesel heater heats the effluent in the evaporator tank( during rainy season).
AMBEVA operates by mechanically fracturing the water molecules and dispersing them by mixing them with high volumes of ambient air.
We are able to efficiently do this by utilizing the sensible heat derived from the surrounding air .
The evaporator operation relies on using the sensible heat that can be extracted from low (<100%) humidity air to drive evaporation. Incoming “dry” air is brought into contact with the spray field through a combination of mechanical blowers and this difference in temperature delta ‘T’ causes evaporation

The evaporator operation relies on using the sensible heat that can be extracted from low (<100%) humidity air to drive evaporation. The incoming “dry” air is brought into contact with the spray field through a combination of a mechanical blower and the natural wind without any additional heat absorbs the water and leaves the chamber as moist air. High efficiencies are achieved by this technology because each of the droplets has a significantly lower mass of water and is able to quickly gain enough heat through its surface area(in contact with the surrounding air) to completely evaporate
