Waterneer had continuous operation for 60 Farms for one year on a round robin system. The machine moves from farm to farm cleaning the farm Waste – recovering recyclable wash water and sending the sludge, highly productive bio-fertilizer to the Farmers. The customer is taking full advantage of the Mobility of Waterneer machine and the ease of operation in multiple locations.

Waterneer Solution and the Results:
Due to its mobility, Waterneer can support 60+ Chicken farms Located around 90 kilometer radius. The waste water from cleaning the chicken coops is stored in a pond/basin. Waterneer designed a small machine which can be towed behind a SUV and moved from farm to farm in a round robin fashion to clean the 60 stations over a period of one year. The input chemistry change from location to location but the machine is calibrated in every station to produce the best results to provide the recycled water for cleaning the chicken coops.
