Problem Description:
The CETP serves 120 different factories e.g. (automobile shops, plating units, various different factories). The customer was having concerns in removing indigo color which was being discharged from a printing unit.

Customer Expectation:
Wanted the mobile machine for a period of 3 months while the printing unit ran its production with this particular color.
